One phone number. No form, no email queue, no waiting until Monday for a reply.

When someone picks up

Any hour of any day, holidays too. Water heaters do not wait for business hours, and a tank that splits on a Saturday night is the reason the line stays open then. Pick up the phone as soon as you spot trouble. Morning may be hours of running water away.

A person takes down what is going on, and the job goes to a local plumbing company that operates independently near you. They call you back to set a time. The full sequence is on the how it works page.

Have this ready before you call

Three details make the call quicker.

  • The sticker on the tank. It lists the brand, model and capacity, and usually a build date. Snap a picture with your phone.
  • What you see and hear. No hot water, short hot water, a puddle, a smell, a noise or an error code on a tankless display.
  • How to get to it. Basement stairs, a condo building that needs notice, a tenant who has to be home or a dog that needs to be put away.

If water is running, shut off the gas or the breaker first, close the cold valve over the tank second. Those two steps take seconds and stop the heater from firing on an empty tank. Then make the call.

Cities on the line

The metro from the northwest suburbs down to Dakota County. Fifteen cities have their own pages, and towns in between are usually covered too, so tell the person who answers where you are instead of assuming you are outside the area.

  • Minneapolis
  • St. Paul
  • Bloomington
  • Edina
  • Richfield
  • St. Louis Park
  • Minnetonka
  • Plymouth
  • Maple Grove
  • Brooklyn Park
  • Roseville
  • Eden Prairie
  • Eagan
  • Burnsville
  • Apple Valley

What gets fixed, and how local water and winters affect it, is laid out on the front page under water heater repair across the Twin Cities.

Why there is no form

You will not find an email box or a booking calendar anywhere on this site. A dead water heater is urgent, and a form only collects your details without answering anything. Calling is the whole system, and it is free.
