What the site collects
Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type it. The site has no contact form, quote request, newsletter signup, booking calendar or account login. No field on any page can take your name, address or email.

A web hosting company serves these pages, and like any web server it keeps access logs. A log entry usually holds an IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser and device type reported by your browser, and the page that sent you here. The host keeps those records under its own policies, and they are used to run and protect the site.
Phone calls
The phone is the only way personal information reaches anyone through this service, and it only does when you say it. Services like that usually log the calling number, the time and length of the call, the general area it came from and often a recording for quality and dispute purposes. If a recording matters to you, ask at the start of the call.
What you share on the call, such as your address and a callback number, goes to the plumbing company that takes the job so they can set up the visit. After that, that company handles your information under its own practices. It is a separate business from this site.
